This basement had quite a few issues, with the main one being mold. The major issue was water entering the space, mainly through wall cracks. For the appearance factor of their new, dry basement, CleanSpace was placed on all of the walls. CleanSpace wall coverings provide an economical mold and mildew resistant layer to brighten up the space, and new expertly installed egress windows allow more light in and provide an emergency escape in the event of a fire. New double pane EverLast basement windows were also installed in the basement. These windows won't ever rot, rust, or even need paint.
