Meet Kim Baggett, HR Director

Please join us in welcoming Kim Baggett to the Healthy Spaces team as our HR Director!

Originally from Evansville, Indiana, Kim is passionate about people, building strong relationships, and creating a positive workplace culture. She was especially excited to join Healthy Spaces because of Tim and Stacey, our owners. Their leadership and the culture they have created made Kim confident that Healthy Spaces was a team she wanted to be part of.

Outside of work, Kim’s greatest joy is her family. She is married and is a proud mom of two children and a grandmother to one grandson. When she’s not spending time with her family, you can find Kim traveling, enjoying all things Disney, or getting creative with her love of bedazzling!

Kim is motivated every day by three things that are important to her both personally and professionally: family, integrity, and happiness. She believes in doing the right thing, treating people with care and respect, and helping create an environment where people can feel valued and happy to be part of the team.
