The rods are connected to these steel plates in the earth. This system provides the best opportunity to straighten the wall over time.

The anchor system are installed by drilling a hole through the wall and is then connected to an earth anchor seated deep within the hole. A wall plate is placed on the other side of the wall and is secured to the rod.
