Your communication and information/explanation of the process started things off right. Then when it was time for the install, they showed up when they told us they would and worked diligently all day, each day they were on site. We would be communicated with in-person and by text at the end of each day outlining what had been done and what tasks were next. I would get pictures of the space at the end of each day as well. All of that and the friendliness and professionalism made this a very enjoyable experience. The initial contact with you in addition to the field crews installation was top-notch. It isn't a glamorous job by any means, but the pride in doing quality work was apparent.   

I just wanted to check in and give you all a basement update. Normally after a rainstorm like we had this morning, our basement would be a soggy mess. I'm happy to report that today our basement is completely dry! Thanks so much to Greg, Daniel, Jarod and Zack for their great work! We are looking forward to being able to use our basement for something other than a storage space.

I had basement walls that were bowed in and cracked allowing water into my basement during rains. Healthy Spaces stabilized the walls and installed a drainage system with a sump pump. I'm extremely pleased with the work they did. Garrett and his crew worked really hard to complete the job on time and make sure I was satisfied with the finished product. Everyone I dealt with, from the work crew to the people in the office, were very helpful and always answered my questions quickly and professionally (I had a lot of them). My basement is now dry and looks much better than before. Working with Healthy Spaces was a simple and satisfying experience from beginning to end. If you have work that needs to be done to your basement, I can't recommend them enough.

Waterproofed and encapsulated (vapor barrier) our entire basement. Installed a sump pump.  It went very well. They explained everything up front, no hidden or extra charges. Everyone from salesman to installers were helpful, friendly, and courteous. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves everyday. They project was completely on schedule. They even came out a couple of times afterwards to fix some stuff that they didn't actually have to but they wanted to make sure I was fully satisfied with the job. I had even ordered something I changed my mind about at the last minute and it was no problem cancelling that item. If we buy a house in the future that has a basement that hasn't been waterproofed we will for sure go with this company.

We initially had two companies give estimates on our crawlspace and basement.  Damon spent 2.5 hours assessing our needs and working through our questions.  We felt that he had an accurate read on what was going on and how to fix it.  The competitor spent 20 minutes with us and the estimate was higher and not as thorough in our opinion.  The work was completed in less than a week and the crew did everything that they could to minimize the mess and dust.  The whole basement feels and smells better.  We're very happy!  No more flooding!

The Healthy Spaces repair team raised floor joists, did all the correct concrete pour for seven flooring jacks.   They raised the floor 1/4 inch!!  They will come back once a year to adjust the jacks.   They were great about explaining to me how these repairs should be performed and how to make sure we minimized damage to other parts of my house.  I had no cracking on the ceiling, walls, or floor.  They were extremely professional and did the job in a timely manner.  It took 2 days to do the job.  They took pictures under my house so I could see the work they did since I wasn't about to crawl under the house!

We are having major basement wall support and water proofing done at our home. We are 100% impressed with this bunch of men. They are the hardest working, polite and honest people you will ever let into your home.

They were very professional. They came in and looked at the situation and gave us a quote. That's the only people I called. The quote was a little more than what I wanted to pay, but I don't know because we didn't see what else was out there. At that time, we didn't take the services because it was a little more than we were expecting. They were prompt and I would give them a good rating.

Healthy Spaces installed a Zoeller sump pump, called a SuperSump in my basement.  They also put in a drain channel at base of walls, which will move my leaking wall moisture into the sump.  Leaking walls have been a problem since I moved in and today was the first time in a long time that I even thought about the moisture.  I went downstairs and everything is just fine. On installation, there was minimal mess. It Took less than one day and haven't had to think about it since.  Good clean up, too!

Healthy Spaces gave me an estimate to put a huge humidifier in the basement. The quote was good. Their responsiveness is excellent and their punctuality is good. Their professionalism is excellent.

This is a home that is going to be sold. We had renters in the property when the leak appeared.  We live out of state and made a day trip with no appointments set up beforehand.  I called several companies, and having not lived in Indiana for over 20 years, finding a reputable contractor was going to be a shot in the dark.  Most companies were going to be several days before they could send anyone out for estimate. The two that did come out seemed to have a "one price fits all" around $6000. I contacted Healthy Spaces, and while I was waiting for a call from a rep, I accessed Angie's List where I noticed that Healthy Spaces was highly rated.  Long story short, Scott Thompson worked us into his schedule and came out that day. Scott was the only contractor who took actual measurements and entered numbers into the computer and came up a price based on the work required.  I actually asked for more work to be done than Scott recommended.  Healthy Spaces did an excellent job. The services provided were high quality and exactly as promised.  A+++

I just wanted to take a second to say how pleased I have been with this whole experience. Having work done on your home can be stressful, but the quality of work done by the Healthy Spaces team was great. I not only got regular updates from Greg throughout the whole process explaining to me each aspect of what was going on and why the team was doing it, but they went above and beyond what I was expecting in quality of service. Greg, Chris, Dean, and Jason had to come up with different solutions both on their own and in coordination with Scott and Jimmy to make sure that when something out of the ordinary came up, it was fixed to my liking and done the way it should be. They take pride in their work and that can be rare in today's world. Healthy Spaces was recommended to me and I can see why. We decided to waterproof our basement, which was flooding and the walls were leaking. It was really gross. Damon was super helpful and gave us lots of options to fix things. We went with Waterguard and a sump pump and wall panels. The basement looks like new! The crew was amazing and cleaned everything up! Great work!
