I just wanted to check in and give you all a basement update. Normally after a rainstorm like we had this morning, our basement would be a soggy mess. I'm happy to report that today our basement is completely dry! Thanks so much to Greg, Daniel, Jarod and Zack for their great work! We are looking forward to being able to use our basement for something other than a storage space.

April 25, 2008   When my husband and I purchased our home we were told the basement had a potential of getting wet. The truth is we could have added fish and charged admission as a fishing hole. I have always heard of companies offering a guarantee of waterproofing your home, but to find out they only guaranteed their work, not that your basement would be free of water. I knew we had to do something I saw the advertisement on television for CleanSpace/swat Pest. I knew the reputation of Swat Pest and their work so we decided to talk with them about our basement and crawl spaces. CleanSpace/Swat Pest walked us through the procedure, what to expect and the cost. We watched them work, as they guided us through what they were going to do next.   We have had some of the worst periods of rain since we have had this done to our home, and "NO WATER IN OUR BASEMENT OR CRAWL SPACES".   This has made me a very happy person and believe me, my husband is delighted not to have to listen to me complain about the basement anymore.   We cannot say enough about this company. It has only been six months since we had our crawl space encapsulated and already we have seen positive results. Our crawl space was always damp, even during the dry season. Now it is dry and stays dry even during monsoons. We had a problem with crickets, water bugs and other insect pests. SWAT eliminated them and sealed the area so they couldn't come back. My wife and daughter have allergies. Since the encapsulation, they do not suffer so much from them. My daughter would wake with nosebleeds, but, not once since Steve Phillips and his team installed the CleanSpace system, has she had that problem. The thing I like best about it is warm feet in the winter. Since it is an enclosed space, warm air that would have normally been lost to the outside now stays trapped under the floor, keeping my feet comfortable. Saving so much in heating and A/C costs, the system should pay for itself in no time at all. Also, I cannot speak highly enough about Steve and his crew. They go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. They put quality and pride into their work and stand behind their products and services with the most advanced science of the day.

This was the first time I have gone under my home and felt uncomfortable, after getting bitten by a brown recluse! After the installation, I even went in and rolled around a bit to test out the CleanSpace. The crew was amazing! Thank you so much.

I had contacted Healthy Spaces to get an estimate on mold work in a basement. Healthy Spaces was the only company who treated me like a priority and was willing to find me a mold specialist and get them out as soon as possible, he came out the next day. Donnie came out and calmed my fears and put me at ease. Donnie is a wonderful asset to Healthy Spaces and I would recommend him and Healthy Spaces to anyone. Thank you so much for helping me!

They explained everything up front, no hidden or extra charges. Everyone from salesman to installers were helpful, friendly, and courteous. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves everyday. They project was completely on schedule. They even came out a couple of times after wards to fix some stuff that they didn't actually have to but they wanted to make sure I was fully satisfied with the job. I had even ordered something I changed my mind about at the last minute and it was no problem canceling that item. If we buy a house in the future that has a basement that hasn't been waterproofed we will for sure go with this company.

I had Healthy Spaces out for waterproofing the basement and other options.  While I thought that the price was kind of on the high side, their products were high quality and guaranteed.  They also found that I had a termite problem. Because they offer so many other services, they checked things I had not thought about. We created a timeline together of what order to complete repairs in so that I could budget the repairs accordingly.     Even though they were higher, I went with them for that reason. The work was completed on time and to my satisfaction.

My sister lives in Evansville and I stayed with her for the last few months. The difference between the smell and air after this company came and redid her crawlspace was nothing short of amazing. She's not on line so I felt I needed to write and compliment your company for her.  Thank you for what you did, I'm so happy with how much better her home smells and feels!

Dear Daniel, Thank you so much for your hard work on our basement and master bedroom.  The professionalism of you and your helpers was awesome.  To do such a big job in only 2 days is astounding.  You all were working so hard and did such a great job.  And the best part is that we've had some pretty good rains since the install, and we have had zero leakage.  That part of the equation is priceless.  Thank you for helping us solve our water problems and going above board with all the little details, like putting our stairs back in and cleaning up after yourselves.  I will recommend Healthy Spaces to anyone who has any water problems.
