Healthy Spaces completed Light mold remediation, improved crawl space drainage with sump pump, and replaced vapor barrier.   The new sump pump is working and standing water in the crawl space has not been an issue since. Even though there was a seven week lead time from the contract signing, work on the project was executed quickly in little under two days. In general, they were helpful and responsive to questions about the proposed work, and we would recommend working with them again.

I wanted to say thank you to all of you guys that are going into the basements and crawl spaces during this horrible time. I was frustrated because every time it rained, my whole house smelled wet and musty.  I realized that my dirt crawlspace was wet and after Damon came out, I ound out I had mold down there.  Chris and his crew came out and installed a new vapor barrier and a sump pump system--a dehumidifier unit, too.  I wasn't too sure about how it was going to go, but I came home this week and noticed that my house was fresher.  My nose doesn't burn.  My crawlspace doesn't stink up the house anymore!

Our basement was flooding constantly and we needed a mold remediation done.  We picked Healthy Spaces because they could do it all at the same time for us.  The crew was helpful and did a great job cleaning up each day!  We're very happy with the results!

Healthy Spaces came to give opinion on cracks in floor.  My mother had spoken to the gentleman that did my inspection about a problem she had. He said they handled such problems and recommended a coworker who did more with her problem. Now my mother lives in a condo and let them know she would not have a choice in hiring them depending on the problem.  They still came out and helped her knowing this.  They were good with her and explained what they could tell her and recommended who to contact to verify the problem.  Not many companies will take this kind of time knowing that most likely they will not be making any money off of the call.

Ashley is the nicest person. Not a nice employee, but all around the nicest person. I'd love it if she came to my house every time. She is fantastic. If I thought I could get her to come work for me, I would in a heartbeat. She is so wonderful, so wonderful.

They did mold remediation and waterproofed our basement.  They were wonderful! They got rid of the mildew smell that had been there for 30 years!
