We love Healthy Spaces and will hire them again when we have rental homes that need help!  The waterproofing system they installed was top notch.  It stopped all the leaks and our humidity levels are down.  It doesn’t smell like a basement in our basement anymore.  We’ve had no leaks even when it rains hard and when one of our downspoits clogged and water was coming straite down next to the foundation.

We are pleased with the job Healthy Spaces did. The office staff sets a great tone. The work that was done was great! Everyone did a great job!

I used Healthy Spaces for mold remediation in the beginning of December.  They removed all the insulation and removed the entire mold.  Then they put in new insulation.  They also removed and replaced the vapor barrier and they installed a new pump.  They also treated the whole surface of the wood for preventing mold in future.  They were very good!  I would recommend them to other people and did before I moved out of state.

I chose Healthy Spaces because they just had a good reputation and seemed to nice. They are very good and knowledgable and they cleaned out all the mess after they finished. UPDATE: The basement waterproofing system has worked perfectly! No flooding and no moisture. Damon, the sales guy, is top notch in my book!

A job well done by Healthy Spaces! The crew members were young, but worked hard, were respectful, and cleaned up well after themselves. I was very  impressed he was by them and their work ethic. I would recommend anyone to Healthy Spaces. All around great company.

August 20, 2006 Good things will happen to a company that maintains honesty and integrity. In the case with our crawl space,  that holds true with you and Healthy Spaces/Swat Pest. My wife and I thank you for bringing attention to a problem that we thought had been fixed.

Chris came out to our house to help us with some flooding and mold issues.  He was a nice guy and really went slowly to make sure that I understood what was going on.  The installation team was patient and super friendly.  They cleaned up real nice too!  My favorite part of the whole system is the Sanidry beause my basement smells so fresh now and not like my old basement at all!

They staked a thick plastic material called CleanSpace throughout our extensive crawl space, extensively and thoroughly cleaned all the floor beams and treated them with mold preventer and supplied us with a 25 year warranty (requires yearly inspection). As we were doing this for a home we were preparing to sell, it was nice to be able to have a 25 year transferable warranty for the new owners. A-One Operation from start to finish. Donnie gave us an estimate that was right on -- he explained every step that would be done and exactly how it would be done.  The crew that arrived to do the work were diligent, friendly, mindful of the house and extremely professional and knowledgable. We have subsequently moved to a new home and I will be having them out in the near future to do the same thing to it. I highly recommend them.

Last week we had our entire basement waterproofed and encapsulated by Healthy Spaces. The crew was extremely friendly and very courteous.
