I had Healthy Spaces come out to complete mold testing and remediation. They were not the cheapest company, but their professionalism and punctuality were top notch.  I would definitely hire them again!

We had two cracks in our (poured) concrete basement. They gave us an estimate. Gave a time frame to place a deposit with the remaining balance due date of service. This service/price is at a contracted lifetime warranty since we have plans to finish the basement. Very courteous and professional. Our service date was approximately 2 months out however, they had a cancellation and immediately contacted us to fill it. I was so excited! Our repairs were then done within 2-3 weeks of the estimate date!! It only took them half the morning and it was done! From start to finish....SUPERB!

I got three estimates for my basement and took time to research exactly what each company did and the systems they used to keep water out and chose them because of the simple fact they don't just put a drain in your basement that will eventually get clogged and you have to pay out the wazoo to get it fixed. Our basement has been dry for over a year now and I'm happy with the quality and service they provided.

Jimmy was friendly, courteous, nice and he did an absolute great job. We were so impressed; he took his shoes off when he came in. He answered all of our questions and really took the time to explain everything to us. We are very impressed with the work and Healthy Spaces did an awesome job.

We just signed for Healthy Spaces to repair and encapsulate the crawlspace in our older home. It was obvious after talking to various companies that the Healthy Spaces employees, Mike McAtee in particular, were the most knowledgeable and professional people in the business. They listened and advised, but never forced their products on us and helped us find a solution that will be long-lasting and appropriate to our situation. Steve and Corey did the work to seal our crawl space. By their professionalism and overall demeanor, it was oh-so-obvious that these two thoroughly enjoy their work. Both of them greeted me as soon as they got to our house with a hello and a handshake. Simple gestures, but go a long way to establish respect. They had ours from the get-go. They would bring the materials needed for the day to my backyard, and when they left, I couldn't tell they were even there. Never did they leave anything behind. One of the things we appreciated so much was that they gave us an update, with pictures, at the end of every day. Showing us what they accomplished that day and their plans for the next day. If they didn't accomplish what they wanted in their time frame, they would stay until the job was done. Needless to say, my wife and I are very pleased with what Healthy Spaces did to rid our crawl space of unknown years of mold and to fix it to that it won't come back. Helping to prevent us, and our grandchildren, from breathing in that unhealthy air. Not to mention the savings on our heat and air. Steve and Corey are invaluable assets to your company. Everyone in Healthy Spaces is amazing from the ladies on the phone, crew, and Jimmy! Jimmy has taken the time to show he cares. He has gon out of his way to help. 

Healthy Spaces put in basement system, jackhammered up floor perimeter, put in drain system, sump system, recemented floor.  Overall, very well. Damon came initially and was extremely thorough in accessing our situation. Spent 2 and 1/2 hours taking measurements, drawing it out on CAD ,and running the estimate. We felt like he had an accurate view of our problems. We also had B-Dry give an estimate, which was higher and not as thorough in our opinion. There were a couple of communication glitches, on which day they would start and when an air conditioning drain line was disconnected from our old sump system without us knowing, causing some standing water for a day, but all was rectified and received a call from management that they would pay to have a plumber make it right. So far far we have a dry basement! Once the system was installed it did take about 5 days even with a dehumidifer for the cement to cure. It's not a complaint but something to be aware of if you are on a time table. We would recommend them to anyone!

Thank you for sending Kyle Wheatman to my house this afternoon. I had some water damage from a leaking pipe that I had fixed and he cleaned up the mess the plumbers left and took many pictures to show me what was going on underneath in the crawl space. He did a fantastic job and was very thorough and knowledgeable in answering all my questions. I consider him one of the best techs I've had the past few years. Please send him out the next time. Also, give him a raise.
