Water Leakage in the Home's Cellar in Utica, KY

A homeowner in Utica, KY scheduled an inspection with Healthy Spaces because his cellar and basement had rainwater leaking in. The homeowner was interested in waterproofing his basement to prevent further damage and lower his energy bills. The homeowner was also interested in replacing the old sump pump that was failing. Because the sump pump did not have an airtight lid, the basement was exposed to water vapor.

CleanSpace was secured onto the walls of the basement.  Any water vapor that would enter the basement would be directed towards the WaterGuard.
