I had basement walls that were bowed in and cracked allowing water into my basement during rains. Healthy Spaces stabilized the walls and installed a drainage system with a sump pump. I'm extremely pleased with the work they did. Garrett and his crew worked really hard to complete the job on time and make sure I was satisfied with the finished product. Everyone I dealt with, from the work crew to the people in the office, were very helpful and always answered my questions quickly and professionally (I had a lot of them). My basement is now dry and looks much better than before. Working with Healthy Spaces was a simple and satisfying experience from beginning to end. If you have work that needs to be done to your basement, I can't recommend them enough.

The Healthy Spaces repair team raised floor joists, did all the correct concrete pour for seven flooring jacks.   They raised the floor 1/4 inch!!  They will come back once a year to adjust the jacks.   They were great about explaining to me how these repairs should be performed and how to make sure we minimized damage to other parts of my house.  I had no cracking on the ceiling, walls, or floor.  They were extremely professional and did the job in a timely manner.  It took 2 days to do the job.  They took pictures under my house so I could see the work they did since I wasn't about to crawl under the house!

We are having major basement wall support and water proofing done at our home. We are 100% impressed with this bunch of men. They are the hardest working, polite and honest people you will ever let into your home.

My house is half brick and half block foundation, it was flooding, and our basement and cellar were a wreck.  They stunk and smelled up the whole house.  It wasn't until I noticed that the block part of one side of my house was bowing inward that I decided to start looking for help.  I really wasn't sure if things coul be fixed, or if I needed to replace part of the house foundation.  When Chris with Healthy Spaces showed up, it was such a relief to know everything could be fixed and I wasn't goiong to go broke in the process.  They treated the mold, insalled waterproofing, and straightened the wall.  I think they were here a week and now my whole house feels and looks so much better!

Impressed with this company. I was using another. Saw the wow factor in this company. Even though not the cheapest, the best! Afteer speaking with Donnie I felt like I knew him my whole life.

Healthy Spaces came to give opinion on cracks in floor.  My mother had spoken to the gentleman that did my inspection about a problem she had. He said they handled such problems and recommended a coworker who did more with her problem. Now my mother lives in a condo and let them know she would not have a choice in hiring them depending on the problem.  They still came out and helped her knowing this.  They were good with her and explained what they could tell her and recommended who to contact to verify the problem.  Not many companies will take this kind of time knowing that most likely they will not be making any money off of the call.

We had two cracks in our (poured) concrete basement. They gave us an estimate. Gave a time frame to place a deposit with the remaining balance due date of service. This service/price is at a contracted lifetime warranty since we have plans to finish the basement. Very courteous and professional. Our service date was approximately 2 months out however, they had a cancellation and immediately contacted us to fill it. I was so excited! Our repairs were then done within 2-3 weeks of the estimate date!! It only took them half the morning and it was done! From start to finish....SUPERB!

Abe and Michael did a great job. Both were nice and friendly.

A job well done by Healthy Spaces! The crew members were young, but worked hard, were respectful, and cleaned up well after themselves. I was very  impressed he was by them and their work ethic. I would recommend anyone to Healthy Spaces. All around great company.
